Sufra At The Flip Side

Sufra, meaning, dining table, is where Palestinian families would gather to communally eat together, share memories and enjoy the slower pace of life. As a tribute to this age-old tradition, Haya recreates that feeling at her sufra table.

Dinners are from 8pm-11pm

Menu Theme

A traditional Palestinian menu with a welcome drink, sharing appetizers, a main dish and dessert. Dinners are all served in a family style setup as a tribute to Haya's family gatherings. Please note that allergy restrictions can't be accommodated. If you are vegetarian, please get in touch to discuss before booking.

On The Menu  

The full menu is revealed on the day of the sufra and features seasonal dishes from across the land. The main dish for the upcoming sufras is listed below. 

FRIDAY 16 FEBRUARY: FISH SAYADIEH (A GAZA TRIBUTE) 

THURSDAY 22 FEBRUARY: CHICKEN MAFTOOL (A WINTER SPECIAL) 

Bookings

Each table accommodates 14 seats and it's on a first book, first claim basis. Each booking is limited to a maximum of 4 people to allow for a nice mix of people around the table. There is no minimum booking requirement. 

Private Bookings 

If you would like to book a full private table for you and your friends, please drop me a message on Instagram or an email and I'd be happy to set it up for you! 

Cancellations & Refunds

Please note that a lot of love and effort goes into curating and preparing the food for each experience. The food is prepared according to the number of people booked and food wastage doesn't fall in line with what Haya's Kitchen is about.

If you're planning to book, please make sure you are 100 percent confirmed as spots are limited. If you have to cancel for whatever reason, here's the breakdown: 

- More than 1 week before: full refund or your spot can be pushed to another date 

- 3 days before: your spot can be pushed to another date 

- 1 day before or day of experience: no refund and your spot cannot be pushed to another date
