Sufra At Kave

Sufra, meaning dining table, is where Palestinian families gather to eat communally, share stories, and slow down together. As a tribute to this age-old ritual, Haya recreates that same warmth and intimacy at her sufra table — a space where food and memory intertwine.

This month’s sufra carries us from summer to winter — a transition marked by new olive oil, preserved vine leaves, and the comfort of home-cooked dishes that honor both change and continuity.

Dinners are from 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Menu Format

A traditional Palestinian menu featuring flowing lemonada, 3 sharing appetizers, a main dish, and dessert. Each dinner is served family-style, a tribute to Haya’s family gatherings and the spirit of togetherness.

The full menu is revealed on the day of the sufra and celebrates seasonal Palestinian dishes that carry the stories of the land. The main dish for the upcoming sufra is listed below.

SATURDAY, 15 NOVEMBER: WARAK — FROM SUMMER TO WINTER

Preserved vine leaves stuffed with rice and spices, cooked in new olive oil — a dish that bridges the warmth of summer’s harvest and the comfort of winter’s table. This dish contains beef and lamb. 

Bookings

Each sufra seats 20 guests and bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

I’ve updated the sufra pricing slightly to reflect current costs.

Cancellations & Refunds

Each experience is prepared with care and intention. Dishes are made according to the exact number of guests booked, as minimizing food waste is central to Haya’s Kitchen.

If you plan to book, please be sure you’re fully confirmed, as seats are limited.
