Ka’ak Bi Ajweh Workshop at Kave

Join Haya for an interactive baking workshop at Kave. Haya will be sharing the tales and traditions of these Palestinian staple cookies – Kaak Bi Ajweh also known as Kaak Asawer.

Known for their bracelet shape, these cookies are anise and fennel infused cookie dough and are filled with a spiced date mix.

At the workshop, you’ll learn about the history of these cookies, you’ll get to shape your own cookies and then enjoy their flavor with a cup of tea and miramiyeh (sage).
